One Ton creative decided to use their creativity on something a little different this fall – beer. Their team brewed up a Carmel Amber Ale, Karmella, for Colorado Startup Brews . “We wanted to submit a beer that felt very “fall” without going to typical pumpkin/pumpkin spice route,” stated One Ton’s Creative Director, Aden Holt. The typical flavor profile to expect from a brew like this is a rich malty caramel balance beautifully with fragrant clementine-like hop aroma.
