What do you do for your company?
Brian Pontarelli is the Master Brewer, CEO, and Chief Architect of FusionAuth. His life-long quest is to provide every app with secure authentication and identity management so they can relax and drink a delicious beer.
Why did your company decide to participate in Colorado Startup Brews?
Every startup is ultra focused on making their company a success. Colorado Startup Brews is an incredible opportunity for the community to come together, share creativity, and make new connections outside the scope of our individual industries. The conversations we’ve had about beer and the brewing process have sparked relationships with people we would never meet in our race to overcome daily challenges. We look forward to this event every year.
Tell us about the beer styles you are submitting this year?
We will be brewing a Creamsicle New England IPA that has deceptively smooth, fruit-creamy flavor. The IPA combined with lactose and vanilla bean create a unique taste that evokes feelings of lazy summers spent coding under shady trees.
What do you plan on doing with this year’s championship Trophy if you win?
When we win this year’s trophy, we look forward to taking it on a tour through the offices of the other participants to encourage them to strive for better next year.
