What does GutCheck do?
GutCheck is an agile, tech enabled market research firm that provides deep audience intelligence. Our clients require deep insights on their target audiences, to help them better product ideate, product develop and brand. We help make heroes of our clients by delivering them agile market research items to aid them in making the dozens of product development and marketing decisions they need to make!
What do you do for GutCheck?
I lead our Engineering team, where we produce the best possible technology platform. GutCheck’s platform is a key differentiator from the competition in our market and the team is working hard to leverage the latest and greatest development tools, processes, and cloud technologies to let us keep making heroes of our customers!

GutCheck’s culture aligns perfectly with what CSB is all about – we are a hard-working bunch that loves to drink beer, share fun experiences, and support great causes. Who wouldn’t jump at an opportunity to do all three things at the same time!
Tell us about the beer styles you are submitting this year.
We’re submitting two glorious beers: the Ag-ale AF Pale Ale and Warta Porta. These amazing libations are a collaboration with many cross functional folks within GutCheck and feature some unique combinations of flavors. The pale ale features hints of pineapple and guava, while the classic porter features a strong chocolate finish with a hint of citrus.
What do you plan on doing with this year’s championship trophy if you win?
GutCheck excels at finding solutions to questions such as this. Maybe we’ll use our platform to explore the suggestions people have and pick the best one!
