We brewed a white IPA similar to Deschutes Chainbreaker.

How did the brewing process go?
I brewed 2 batches, one for the competition and one for the office. I’m not exactly sure where I messed up but my water volumes were WAY off for the second patch. I didn’t have enough time to boil it off so it ended up pretty thin :(. When I kegged I blended the 2 batches to balance it out a little bit but I left the majority of the more accurate beer for the copetition. If this turns out to be the best beer I’ve ever brewed I will have no way to duplicate it!
Where did you brew your competition beer?
My garage.
Why were you interested in participating in this year’s event?
I love brewing, when a semi-work related brewing event popped up I jumped on the opportunity!
Where is your favorite place to grab a beer with your coworkers?
Fate — it’s right down the street.
