Why did you decide to participate in Colorado Startup Brews?
PGi has a long history with CSB. It’s a fun event with lots of exposure to many different organizations, in addition to supporting a good cause.
Tell us about the beer styles you are submitting this year.
I’ll be brewing a traditional IPA and Ryan will be brewing a brown sour.
What do you plan on doing with this year’s championship trophy if you win?
Perhaps we’ll mount it to the office kegerator as a tap handle so that our co-workers can share in the taste of victory.
