What does your company do?
Our mission is simple – to make vacation rental easy for everyone. Our fresh approach offers homeowners and guests an inspiring new choice for vacation rental. We work with over 11,000 individual homeowners across North America and help them market and book their vacation rental properties, while also assisting them in sourcing on the ground contacts for cleaning and other vacation rental services if they desire. The 1 million+ guests we have hosted over the years enjoy world-class support during every phase of renting a property.
What do you do for your company?
I have been at Evolve for over 4 years and have always been a member of the Travel Advisor team. Currently, I help manage the Travel Advisor team and ensure that our employees have the tools they need to succeed. At the end of the day, I work for my team and my mission is to keep them happy, motivated, and efficient so our guests and owners are always getting the best experience anytime they interact with us.
Why did your company decide to participate in Colorado Startup Brews?
Well, first and foremost – because we had such a fabulous time last year! This is truly an amazing event within the Denver startup scene, and it is for such a great cause. Evolve has continued to grow significantly over the past year, so we are hoping to go bigger and better in 2019. Needless to say, we are looking forward to it!
Tell us about the beer styles you are submitting this year?
This year we are thinking of bringing back our ‘PTO Session IPA’ which was a fan favorite last year. We also hope to include some new brews this year and are considering a lighter Oktoberfest style beer, a saison, and a hoppier and more intense IPA. In the end, we hope to offer 3-4 varieties of beer so we should have something for everyone to try!
What do you plan on doing with this year’s championship Trophy?
We are big on awards, values, and recognition at Evolve so my hope is that we will feature the trophy (as well as some additional home brew) at one of our monthly, all-company Town Hall events.
